Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
In the case of receiving a damaged/unsealed product, we urge you to get in touch with us directly on our email/chat at olga.beauty.perfumes@gmail.com with details and images to support said claim. We ensure the replacement of the product/voucher of the same value to your account. However, to claim return and exchange we must receive the said product back to headquarters (address mentioned on our footer) for further inspection.
After the User places an order he/she will get a confirmation call/message on the mentioned mobile number/mail to confirm the order. If the User fails to respond within 24hrs, the order will be treated as canceled. If in case, the User confirms the order initially and wishes to cancel after, he/she may choose to refuse the order upon its arrival at his/her doorstep.
PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS BUT WILL COMPENSATE VIA CASH VOUCHER/REPLACEMENT. THIS APPLIES EVEN IN THE CASE OF CANCELLING AFTER PAYING ONLINE.
Shipping Policy
We believe in providing our customers with our product in one piece and hence have partnered up with known shipping companies like 'Delhivery' and 'Professional' couriers. Far as bulk orders are considered we have an All India connect for all states and cities as we have been doing that for years in this business.
Some of our packing methods include carton packing where the product (total of 6 pieces) is placed in a three-layered coat box, further placed into a similar box of bigger size which amounts to a total of 120 pieces. The same kind of packaging is used for an individual product with the exception of bubble wrap, this ensures the product remains intact and ready to use on arrival.
Our shipping timeline includes pick up from our facility to the warehouse from where it is then shipped to nearest hub of customer, then delivered by one of our representatives from PAN India.
We also give updates to our customer to where the product has reached through assigned tracking number via mail.
